SHEESH Privacy Policy & Biometric Safety Notice

1. Consent-First Campus Participation

SHEESH is a strictly opt-in campus showcase celebrating Filipino student Beauty (Muse & Escort), Brains (3D Millionaire Quiz), and Talent (Edge HLS Video Stage). No student profile, photograph, or video clip is ever listed without the explicit consent, willingness, and live camera identity verification of the participant.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Your email address (Gmail or .edu.ph email), display name, school affiliation, division (Muse or Escort), and grade/section.
• Contender Portrait Photo & Talent Clips: If you voluntarily join as a contender, we store the solo portrait photo or talent performance video you select for campus voting rounds and OpenGraph social share cards.
• Ephemeral Camera Face Verification (Zero Retention): When you join as a contender, our app performs a 2-second front-camera liveness and facial similarity check to ensure the uploaded photo is genuinely you and to prevent impersonation. Your live verification selfie is processed in memory and deleted immediately after computing the match score. We never store raw biometric templates or live screening videos.

3. How Your Data Is Used & Encrypted

All communication between the SHEESH mobile app (iOS & Android) and https://labs.fpmmediaph.com is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Authentication tokens are stored locally inside hardware-backed encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

4. 1-Tap Profile Pause & Right to Erasure (Account Deletion)

In full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), you may pause your contender profile or permanently delete your account, photo, and video at any time directly inside the SHEESH app (Nominate / Account → Delete Account & Permanently Erase My Data) or by emailing privacy@fpmmediaph.com.
